Plastic Injection Molding for the Manufacture of Insulator Materials and Plastic Parts for Connectors in the Automotive Industry

We are specialized in the production of innovative connectors made from metal and plastic. We use a variety of injection molding machines with different levels of automation to manufacture the insulator materials and plastic parts required, depending on what requirements the product imposes on the processes. Our insulator materials and plastic parts can already be found in a large number of control units in the automotive industry, such as in airbag, seat or transmission controls. As part of this, we have specialized in the production of plastics using thermoplastics such as PBT, LCP, PA, PPS, or PC. Our machine park is home to more than 30 injection molding machines, which use clamping forces ranging from 600 to 2,000 kN. Several hundred metric tons of granulate are processed in total each year. We offer a range of insulator materials with a shot weight of 0.3 g to 170 g – flexibly adaptable to your requirements and ideas, of course.
Our production process is highly automated for the most part.

We have been able to improve the quality of our connectors ourselves and can assure you of optimum quality monitoring, thanks to the high level of vertical integration in our plants. This guarantee is backed up by a functioning quality and environmental management system that is ISO-9001, ISO-14001, and TS-16949 certified.
