Press-fit Technology
Press-fit
Press-fit Technology for Connectors for the Automotive Industry.
An electrical connection between opposite layers of the PCB is created by pressing a connector pin into a contacted PCB hole in press-fit technology.

Surface Mount Technology
SMT
SMT for Connectors for the Automotive Industry. Connectors used in SMT (surface-mounted technology) are soldered to the PCB by means of solderable connection surfaces. For this purpose, the components are soldered with solder paste onto the defined solder pads in a reflow oven. The individual zones of the oven cause the solder to melt. The temperature is then slowly lowered to allow the solder to harden.

Stamping
Stamping
Stamping of Individual Contacts for Connectors in the Automotive Industry. Our technologies are stamping, bending, seperating, in-line camera surveillance (AOI), quality inspection during series production with CAQ

Plastic Injection Molding
Plastic Injection Molding for the Manufacture of Insulator Materials and Plastic Parts for Connectors in the Automotive Industry
Our insulator materials and plastic parts can already be found in a large number of control units in the automotive industry, such as in airbag, seat or transmission controls.
We are specialized in the production of innovative connectors made from metal and plastic. We use a variety of injection molding machines with different levels of automation to manufacture the insulator materials and plastic parts required, depending on what requirements the product imposes on the processes. we have specialized in the production of plastics using thermoplastics such as PBT, LCP, PA, PPS, or PC. Our machine park is home to more than 30 injection molding machines, which use clamping forces ranging from 600 to 2,000 kN.

Electroplating
Strip Electroplating for Connectors in the Automotive Industry
Strip electroplating for Connectors in the Automotive Industry.
We operate a wide range of state-of-the-art electroplating processes on six electroplating lines at two locations. These enable a variety of surface combinations (such as Sn, Ni, SnPb, AU, PdNi, NiP, In, AgSn) in a wide range of coating thicknesses on different materials (such as CuSn4, CuSn6, CuNiSi, etc.)

Assembly
Individual Manual Assembly and Partially or Fully Automated Assembly of Connectors for the Automotive Industry
Individual Manual Assembly and Partially or Fully Automated Assembly of Connectors for the Automotive Industry

Equipment Manufacture
In-House Equipment Manufacturing for Connectors and Pins in the Automotive Industry
In-House Equipment Manufacturing for Connectors and Pins in the Automotive Industry. ept in-house equipment manufacturing combines a wide range of expertise, such as development, design, tool, and machine construction, as well as control and regulation technology with programming and electrical assembly
